Camera

wanted badly for a camera,been flippng thru the papers since last week for any offers for digital cameras. actually over the weekend there r various offers goin on but i didnt went down to take a look.

saw 1 more today & its kinda within my budget range,was tinking of taking half day today jus to c the camera but didnt cos kind of busy today,perhaps tml…=)

but i m no good in camera choices but jus as long i tink its good,then its good rite? haha…

haiz,July coming to an end & August comes along. another 2 mths…

 

Lonely Fireworks

went Orchard to buy perfume, then to Kinokuniya to find a book but cannot find. thot of goin to the (just) newly open Ion Orchard but jus as i stepped into the mall using the connection  link between Orchard MRT to Ion, the crowd at the escalator already pulls my thots off from stepping into any further (plus some shops r still not yet open). tink go again when the ”Ion Fever” is over…=)

then off i went to esplanade area to catch the NDP preview fireworks (been sayin i want to go but not yet been there…). erm,how do i say? i picked a pretty good place? LOL… although vehicles zooming past blocks most views but managed to c the entire display of fireworks…

took a video plus pics as well. the thunderous sound plus the magnificent sparks tat lit the dull nite sky up, the display was good although i felt the fireworks was a little too less? but anyway, pretty enjoyed myself, at least,didnt waste my trip to c the display live…

then walked my way thru the brisking nightlife of Clarke Quay to take bus. its nice to walk thru the streets but the weather was humid, therefore – sweating while i walked…

feeling tired – both physical & mentally but the latter is much much more…

 

i am who i am…

was really upset & disappointed wif one yesterday but i have since learnt to not care bout it so much…

i m the sort tat after a certain person is unappreciative towards me for a period of time, i will begin to give the person the cold shoulder & slowly drift myself away from them. i cannot stand tis type of person & no way m i goin to tolerate such uncouthful attitude. i would love the person to appreciate the things tat i’ve done & when the outcome doesnt turn out the way tat i want or rather expect then i will begin to feel very displeased…

i know there will always be such people around & i tend to meet them often. its really unpleasant to start to hate someone tat u have once been so close wif but u begin to c their true colours after hanging out for some time…

at first, i will not get used to it but after a while, everything will eventually turns cold. i m in such ”crisis” rite now, i really loathe the feeling. so many things i’ve done & still, i can feel the person is taking everything for granted… i m upset but wat can i do? i told myself to not resort to such extend but its has proven me wrong again…

Moments…

attended Eileen’s wedding last nite…

its amazing to c Wei ling, Ailing, Sok Yun, Liying, Shu Ling & Li Chuan cos havent been seeing them for quite some time. (& of cos Ms Pig Pig, Sufyan & Sharon…)

its disturbing cos from the moment tat i have yet to leave the house yesterday until i reached Jurong east, i have been sweating… (even as i m typing now, i m also in sweat. worst still, i’ve got the fan stopped directly at me! Arrggghhhhh…its irritating!)

there was altogether 55 tables for yesterday’s event (its pretty massive…) & boy, we r actually located jus rite around the ”Red” table (where the in-laws & family members will sit at). therefore, we had a very good view of the stage…BUT i tink someone is not very happy cos she was allocated to sit different tables…=(

had quite a good laugh wif Wei Ling, Ailing & Sok Yun esp Wei Ling cos she’s really funny…LOL… but tink the 3 of them must be very tired cos they havent been sleeping for quite a number of hours but since its their ”sister” ‘s Big Day,they must be more than willing to help out…

the dishes were good though (i’ve eaten the dishes cooked by the restaurant before & their culinary skills r thumbs up), i regreted doing one thing & tat is drinking fizzy drinks. i m NOT supposed to be drinking those stuffs but…haiz…

Eileen was gorgeous last nite & so is her dashing husband…they r both the same age as me though,erm…its a matter of when u r gonna get married,regardless of the age,i personally tinks tat the bond & mutual trust between a couple r the most important…

dinner ended around 11pm & i shared cab home wif Sufyan & Sumei (dun know money enough anot…), didnt sleep until bout 1am… i was tinking…

 

Happiness To Them…

The faint yellowish lights, love song playing, the big ballroom… the ambiance around jus spells the word – Happiness.

Jus returned from a wedding dinner with my Mum. the event was so romantic especially when the huge projector started to flash back the growing up times of the newly weds & also, the movie-like short film of the newly weds’ eventful day earlier on. =)

the bride’s Mum is my Mum’s fren & i dun really know the bride (LOL…i went in place of my Dad cos he’s not free…) & therefore, the entire event was pretty boring (for me) but seeing the newly weds makes me feel happy…haha… so ”xing fu”…

there’s another one tml…erm…

 

Gladly…

went to Tampines to have dinner today. a rush one cos need to get home fast but its such a good good laugh thruout the entire journey…LOL…

gonna attend 2 weddings tml & sunday,tink my 1st time attending 2 weddings on the same weekend…

lol…damn sianz ah,can time flies faster???

 

Like Tat…

Me & Ethan went to Zul’s house around 11pm last nite to play ‘Risk’. well,it was my 1st time playing,although its not the original version of the game but still,its kinda fun?  we played 2 rounds of the game & took us nearly 4 hrs to complete.

was my 1st time to Zul’s house & i love his rooftop garden! there’s a jacuzzi,well,tats not the main thing.it is the atmosphere & decorations tat makes me feel its a lovely place to stay,cosy & warm… (its a shame tat it was raining last nite,if not,we could have played there…)

stayed til 4am before we decide to have breakfast @ Mac. er,tink its my 1st time having Mac for breakfast @ tat hour…hehe…

reached home bout nearly 6am,slept around 6.30 & woke up around 11.30…(ahhh…)

enjoyed staying out late & of cos wif the companion of such frens…haiz…(Monday’s again,i really dread goin back tml…sianz!)

(P.S. I am in delight tonite…*smiles*)

 

spent spent spent…

been spending quite a bit over tis past few days (actually not my idea to do so…)

its my brother’s idea…therefore,he bought all the things & i reimbursed him back…

have reimbursed back $350.00 so far,fifty more to go…

bought a new monitor screen,new computer table,ink catridges,new cabinet…

wanted to catch the fireworks later,hopefully can watch it upclose??? =p

 

Lecture-Me…

honestly was feeling freaky worried for today’s training programme specially arranged for ORD personnels in the coming mths. its described as ”Reservists Trg” but i must be feeling extremely lucky for (well,at least for now unless there r new directives) my reservists is 1 of the easiest…phew…

thot today’s gonna be a tough day, jus like my recruit time but luckily it didnt turned out to be so cos its much more on lecture parts…phew again…(there r certain tat i disliked a lot in the past & i dun wanna do tat…)

anyway i m thankful although the lectures were pretty much ?????? 

another glad thing is tat PSK will be in the same reservists battalionwif me (lol…i dun know wat to say but he’s 1 of the few tat i can really talked & joked wif through my recruit time…)

”forced” him to have dinner wif me (LOL…). so pai say cos he treated me to a dinner @ Fish n Co. (really gladful lor…must treat him back…)…talked bout our different work lives & etc but 1 thing i must said – the PSK infront of me might pretty much looked very the same but he have matured quite a bit. its sad though cos he’s gonna disrupt his current ”liability” jus for another (haha,actually no la but to me – Further Studies looks more of a ”Liability” compared to ”Asset” to me…hehe…-_-) therefore,he’s gonna have to ‘complete’ the remaining NS days @ maybe a new workplace???

hopefully he can ”catch up” cos wat the officer told us today was tat our very 1st reservist will fall on early 2011…

er,i must say PSK is really a very good boyfriend. i dun tink many guys r willing to stay by their GFs (for a very long period…) when something mishap happened. tis has proven 1 thing – the L.O.V.E. between the 2 must be very strong…

 

Nothing Much…

well,havent been updating cos there’s nothing much to blog bout…

frankly speaking,kind of worried for next friday training. heard from those who went already tat its a simple thing but still – worried. (well,tats jus me cos i always tend to worry over many things & issues…)

attending 2 weddings tis mth – one is my neighbour’s daughter wedding while the other is my friend’s… (feel like buying new clothes but dun want to shop alone…)

July already. October is jus 3 mths away, in a mixed feelings rite now – worried & happy.
